All information provided by customers to 3 Borders Cie through our Internet Services will not be used for any purpose outside of 3 Borders Cie. Not affiliated with ITT Corporation, ITT Industries, Inc., or their subsidiaries.
3 BORDERS CIE TERMS & CONDITIONS :
By registering for 3 Borders Cie tours you, the customer, confirms to possess the legal age of 18 to enter into a legally binding contract with 3 Borders Cie. Your use of this Service is expressly conditioned on your acceptance of the following terms and conditions.
It is in your best interest to review the terms and conditions below carefully and at the time, they are made available. You are deemed to have agreed to all of the terms and conditions related to the purchase once the reservation has been confirmed.
Your driving tour will be conducted in a vehicle and by an English speaking driver-guide registered and licensed.
Tour prices include only what is listed in the individual tour itinerary. Gratuities are appreciated by the driver-Guide who work diligently to ensure your trip is enjoyable.
You must have a personnal insurance, we recommend that you purchase a travel protection plan to help protect you and your travel investment.
CHANGE & CANCELLATION BY CLIENT :
Cancellations will be accepted by e-mail up to 24 Hours before departure, for any reason, with no Cancellation fees. All sightseeing tickets, packages and tours are refundable if Email sent the day before.
No Refund for no shows. At the beginning of the shared tour, the driver-guide will wait 10 minutes maximum the late participants. Then, he should leave - No refunds will be due.
MINIMUM PARTICIPATION/CANCELLATION BY 3 BORDERS CIE :
3 Borders Cie reserves the right to cancel a shared tour if the minimum participation is not met. Tour will be confirmed or cancelled latest two business days prior to departure. A full refund will be given to customers that completed the payment process. No additional compensation will be paid above the total sum received from the customer.
LIABILITY & CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITY :
You agree and understand that 3 Borders Cie is not responsible for any personal injuries or damages, direct or consequential, which may arise as a result of personal mishap, social or labor unrest, war, political or national strike, terrorist activities, mechanical failures, climatic conditions, computer difficulties or any other actions or omissions beyond its control. A travel liability release form will have to be signed by each participant, before each tour’s departure.3 Borders Cie acts as an agent for various contractors (tour operators, hotels, bus companies, etc.) and are therefore in no way responsible for the fulfillment of their obligations, nor is 3 Borders Cie to be held liable for accidents, delays, losses, etc. The liability of all these contractors remains unprejudiced. Right is also reserved to program changes and alterations as well as substitution of services listed above, when and where necessary. Tour Company reserves the right to cancel the shared tours if minimum participation is not reached. Conditions are accepted upon booking.
All prices shown on this web site are based on availability at time of booking.
Customer is responsible for providing correct information at time of booking such as travel dates, travelers full names, etc. Changes after reservation has been placed may involve additional fees.
With the acceptance of your booking confirmation, you are responsible to verify all information is accurate and complete. Discrepancies between the service requested and service confirmed must be brought to the attention of 3 Borders Cie within 24 hours for correction.
3 Borders Cie will not be responsible for omissions or errors if not brought to our attention immediately.
PRIVACY :
By using this Service, 3 Borders Cie may obtain your E-mail address and other information about you. Information provided by you will be governed by the Privacy Act and will not be sold or made available to any organization outside of 3 Borders Cie.
PASSPORT & VISA REQUIREMENTS :
U.S. citizens travelling to any destination outside of USA will be required to present a valid U.S. tourist passport. If you are travelling with a citizen of a country other than the US, there may be additional requirements. It is your responsibility to meet all entry requirements of your destination country. Each customer traveling across any international boundary is solely responsible for obtaining all necessary travel documents, including any required visas, and for complying with the laws of each country traveling from (the departure country), through (any transit country) and into (the destination country). In case of a passenger refusal by any legal authorities at any border during the tours, no refund will be due.
SEATING :
Seating is free, but may be assigned in the order of full payment is received, from front to back of the minivan. No special requests for seats will be honored. On extended tours, a rotation might eventually be organized. The very first rows in the minivan may not be assigned to customers.
PHYSICAL ABILITY :
You must please be able to get in and out of a car.
Comfortable shoes are recommended, as most streets are paved with old century cobblestones.
Any disability requiring special attention must be reported to 3 Borders Cie at time of reservation. 3 Borders Cie will make reasonable efforts to accommodate the special needs of tour participants, but is not responsible in the event we are unable to do so, or if any of the vendors deny services. We strongly advise persons with special needs to travel with a qualified and physically able companion. 3 Borders Cie’s tour guides and/or drivers are NOT permitted to act as a travel attendant to any client with special needs, or physically lift or assist clients into transportation vehicles. No specific wheelchair is accessible in our minivans.
Please note: The American with Disabilities Act is not applicable outside of the United States and facilities for disabled individuals may be limited.
Smoking, including the use of electronic simulated smoking materials, e-cigarettes, and smokeless cigarettes is prohibited in all vehicles. Alcohol is not permitted under 18 years old.
LOST OR STOLEN PROPERTY :
We shall not be responsible for any lost or stolen property, regardless of whether property is lost or stolen in connection with your use of the site or any other service provided by 3 Borders Cie. Each person is permitted to bring a small carry-on size bag, to be stored in the minivan’s trunck. However, it is totaly under the responsibility of the participant. Please take sufficient supply of prescription medication to last the duration of the tour. It is impossible to get prescriptions refilled while en route. Keep medications on your person at all times.
AGE REQUIREMENTS :
Children under the age of 18 years old are welcomed to travel on any of our tours, however must be accompanied by an adult. 3 borders Cie reserves the right to accept or reject without any refund any person as a tour participant before the beginning or during the tour in case of any misbehavior which would influence negatively the smooth running of the tour, in case of recurrent delay while on tour to the different given meeting points.
CREDIT CARD PAYMENT :
All payment transactions are handled by 3 Borders Cie. Your credit/debit card and related personal details are collected by 3 Borders Cie in order to process your order. You agree that You are responsible for all charges incurred by Your use of the Site(s), including all bookings. You expressly authorize 3 Borders Cie to charge the credit card provided by You or listed on Your account for any outstanding fees or costs due to 3 Borders Cie. If the credit/debit card holder for bookings is not You, it will be Your responsibility to ensure that You have the card holder's consent before entering any related details, and that such details when entered are true.
Full payment in cash can be accepted before the start of each tour. In that case, the print of the credit card will be asked while booking, only as a garantee.
